Sorry no pets...cats and dogs. Currently, we do not participate in Section-8 or other government subsidies.
For basic resident qualification at the Laguna Terrace Apartments, we require the following: Prospective residents must have an acceptable prior rental history; we will want to talk to your former landlords. Normally, we expect residents to provide proof that their income sources are 3 times or greater the amount of monthly rent. Please let us know below if you have a special request.
